• Adults and children 12 years and over: Apply 2 to 3 sprays in each nostril every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in 24 hours. Blow your nose before use.

 Do not use for more than 3 consecutive days to avoid rebound congestion. Consult a doctor before use if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes, or difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate. Possible side effects include temporary burning, stinging, dryness, or rebound congestion with prolonged use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, call a Poison Control Centre or seek medical help immediately.
