• Wash hands before use. Fill the bottle with distilled, sterile, or previously boiled water and add the saline packet. Shake until dissolved. Insert the tip into one nostril while tilting the head and gently squeeze the bottle. Solution will drain from the other nostril. Repeat on the opposite side. Discard unused solution and clean the bottle after each use.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not share the device. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms worsen, nasal discomfort occurs, or ear pressure develops. Avoid use if nasal passages are completely blocked, or if you have an ear infection. Store in a cool, dry place between 15°C and 30°C.
