Moisturizes to help relieve nasal dryness

Maintains healthy sinuses
Daily hygiene: Spray once into each nostril, 1 to 3 times daily.

Rinsing: If more secretions are present, use 2 or 3 sprays per nostril, 1 to 3 times daily.

Wait about 30 seconds before blowing out the liquid.

Wipe the tip with a clean tissue or rinse with water before and after use.

If possible, gently blow your nose before using the product.

While standing over a sink, bend forward and tilt your head down to the left.

Insert the applicator at the base of the upper right nostril (do not insert more than 1/4 inch).

Press gently to dispense spray. Avoid swallowing the liquid.

Repeat for the left nostril by tilting the head to the right.

Blow or wipe the nose after use.
Keep out of reach of children.

Do not share the device with others.

If experiencing ear pressure, discontinue use and consult a physician.
