Adults and children 12 years of age and over:

• Blow your nose before use.
• Apply 2 to 3 sprays in each nostril every 8 to 10 hours.
• Do not apply more than 3 times in 24 hours.

Do not use: with other decongestant products; for longer than three days; in children under 12 of age; more than the recommended dosage; if you have an allergy to any of the listed ingredients Ask doctor or pharmacist before use if you have: heart disease; high blood pressure, thyroid disease; diabetes; difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement; are pregnant or breastfeeding.
