Children under 11 years: Under adult supervision, take a single dose every 4 to 6 hours. Chew or let the tablet dissolve in the mouth. Do not take more than 5 doses in 24 hours.

• Do not use if: Your child is taking any other drug containing acetaminophen or is allergic to acetaminophen.
• Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if: Your child needs to take more than the recommended dose or has any underlying health conditions. Taking more than the maximum daily dose may cause severe or fatal liver damage.
• Stop use and consult a doctor if: Your child develops allergic reactions such as wheezing, rash, or itching, or if symptoms last more than 5 days or fever lasts more than 3 days.
• Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, call a Poison Control Centre or seek medical help immediately.
